Bob is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the design and management of energy- efficient HVAC solutions for large commercial facilities. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Notre Dame and spent 23 years with York International.  Bob has provided HVAC services to some of the largest energy users on the east coast, including Miami International Airport, Atlanta Hartsfield Airport, Atlantic City Central Energy Plant, The University of Pennsylvania and Kodak Park. Bob and the Effectiv Team have also served as Engineer of Record for deep energy retrofits on several of the top school districts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has served as a chapter president for ASHRAE and has extensive knowledge within the HVAC and energy engineering industries. Bob is creative and innovative and has been at the forefront of energy conservation for many years.
